Account Teams

The Pell & Bales Client Servicing Department comprises 24 talented individuals working in 6 teams under the guidance of the Client Services Director. Every client that works with Pell & Bales is assigned a dedicated team consisting of an Account Director, Account Manager and Account Executive.

Experienced in client services, project management and all aspects of telemarketing and fundraising, they are the leading experts in their field.

Your Account Director and Team will co-ordinate and advise on every aspect of the campaign: results projection; data exchange and segmentation; creative messaging and testing; fundraiser selection, training and management – everything that goes towards making an award-winning campaign of your cause.
