As you would expect our telephone fundraisers are at the heart of our business. We work hard to create a cause-driven, motivating environment with all the support that fundraisers have a right to expect: from intensive initial training to one-to-one mentoring; from advanced skills and knowledge training to emotional support for the challenging work.

The investment in our staff is rewarded not least in the results clients see. But what we get back from our fundraisers extends beyond results. They offer insights into supporter views and expectations, and they help us to develop the creative messages that drive increased support.
